Ballot papers for elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and local councils were made of paper, which started to show its properties in five days. As Central Election Committee informed ForUm, “ticks, daggers and dots, put by voters,” started to disappear from ballot papers.

CEC noted that it is absolutely unexampled case in Ukrainian and world practice, and CEC intends to address foreign specialists for help.

CEC officials refused to comment on consequences and influence on the elections results.

As a reminder, polygraphic industrial complex “Ukraine” produced 38 million of ballot papers by preliminary order of CEC.

CEC defrayed expenses of production and transportation of bulletins in the amount of 15mln 600 ths hryvnias.
