It is quite unreasonable to delay with Coalition Memorandum, SPU leader Oleksandr Moroz told.
“I stress once again SPU position: we are ready to sign today the Coalition Memorandum with parties which will have their factions in the parliament in accordance with the document. The Memorandum is not an agreement in the literal meaning of this term but rather a concordance of principles and aims. That is why to delay its signing is pointless and the fact of absence of final results does not make any obstacles to it,” noted Moroz.
