The commercial and economic relations between Ukraine and Kazakhstan intensively develop, Kazakh Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Ukraine Amangeldy Zhumbayev told.
Judging by the balance of 2005, the mutual turnover made $1 milliard including Ukrainian export amounted $795 million and Kazakh import - $209 million.
“We want to build close economic ties because there is much in common between us,” stressed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Zhumbayev.
The main attention was paid to the fuel-energy products import to Ukraine and Brody-Plotsk pipeline construction within the Euro-Asian Oil Transport Corridor project realization.
