The President Secretariat Chairman Oleh Rybachuk in the interview to Segodnya Daily admitted ten Uzbeks expulsion was held with violation of the procedure: Uzbek citizens were refused in seven-day term to appeal the court decision.

However, he admitted the lawfulness of the court decision on the deportation. “They belong to the radical Islamic group which name is too difficult for me to pronounce,” Rybachuk reported referring to the information given by Ukraine Security Service (SBU) Head Ihor Dryzhchany.

Judging by their credit history, Uzbeks deserved to be expulsed. The extradition was carried out in accordance with Karimov government’s request, Rybachuk concluded.

Responding the demand to call the names of officials-infringers, Rybachuk told that most likely it was the Head of Crimean SBU Mayor-General Victor Kozhelyanko who had been recently commissioned. He has just passed hasty decision, Rybachuk noted. Earlier Victor Kozhelyanko headed SBU special division to fight terrorism. February 7, he was commissioned in Crimea.

The President Secretariat Chairman complained about Ukraine’s defeat in information war on this matter and said that the US State Department’s discontent relating to the expulsion was unfair.
