Ukraine-Slovakia commodity circulation increased by 30%, Slovakian Ambassador in Ukraine Urban Rusnak told Thursday.
“Economic cooperation between our countries rapidly develops and the commodity circulation increases by 30% annually,” said Mr. Rusnak.
He believes in big potential of cooperation between Ukraine and Slovakia. “Cooperation in the transport sphere is the most important issue because Ukraine transits oil and gas via its territory to Slovakia. It would be better to extend transit and import of Ukrainian electric power,” stressed Slovakian Ambassador.
Mr. Rusnak mentioned that the bitter dispute concerning gas supply and transit spoiled image of Russia as the exporter and Ukraine as provider of transit.
