National Commission of power industry control will give a license to Ukrainian-Russian joint venture UkrGazEnergo only after the JV has met necessary conditions, in particular, has provided guarantees to the amount of 300 mln USD.
“They have not met all the conditions. The main condition is, as usual, an economic one – to find money. They must provide guarantees to the amount of 300 mln dollars, to my mind,” said PM of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov to journalist today in Kyiv.
He also noted that he is still waiting for Russian PM Mikhail Fradkov’s response to the offer to replace RosUkrEnergo by the JV UkrGazEnergo.
