Today Kyiv Court of Appeal has postponed the hearing of the appeal of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine against the Shevchenkovsky Court decision concerning the reinstatement of Svyatoslav Piskun.
The hearing has been postponed because of the illness of a judge of the Court Chamber. The possible date of the next hearing is unknown.
Commenting on this decision, Piskun mentioned, “I am appeared to know that the power influences Kyiv Court of Appeal and forces it to pass illegal judgments.” Still he did not call the very cases, which would prove his words.
