Yuliya Timoshenko is the most likely candidate for the premiership after the March elections, the title reports. Assuming this office will make her most influential person, in keeping with the constitutional amendments.
As the magazine believes, in general, 2005 was the year of most main changes. The President and the new authority have made a colossal step toward the authority's greater openness. As a reminder, earlier the Ukrainian observer magazine named Tymoshenko "Person of 2005."
