In a letter to the Crimean Premier, governors, and mayors of Kyiv and Sevastopol, Victor Yushchenko wrote that the cabinet continued to perform its duties and was absolutely legitimate until parliamentary elections, President's press office informed.

an appeal to the Constitutional Court to recognize this resolution as
illegal. However, he noted that his appeal “cannot be considered, for
the Verkhovna Rada has blocked the Constitutional Court.”
