Gazprom declares about absence of juridical grounds for supplying Russian gas to Ukraine at superlow prices, as reported Sergey Kupriyanov, press secretary of Gazprom President on December 21 in the air of NTV TV Channel.
“There are no documents, which permit Ukraine to receive Russian gas at superlow price, which is 50 dollars now,” said Kupriyanov.
He also reported that in the shortest possible time Ukraine must submit for consideration its proposals concerning prices for supplied gas and transit of Russian gas via Ukrainian territory from the year 2006.
