The members of Lutsk municipal council voted for prohibition of tobacco advertising in town.
But the City Public Office of Prosecutor had appealed this decision considering it illegal one, but the municipal council confirmed its will by the second unanimous vote.
It was September, when the elected representatives of the people decided to ban the big boards with tobacco advertisement in the town for the first time.
