Today, Oleh Karatumanov, MP of Ukraine and member of parliamentary faction of People’s Party (Lytvyn’s party) appealed to Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodimir Lytvyn with the request not to take into consideration his vote counting the voting results on state budget-2006 draft bill.

As the MP’s press office reported, the deputy explained that Tuesday, the day of voting, he was on business trip and was not present in the VR hall. The deputy stated he did not charge anyone with voting on this issue.

Simultaneously with this statement Katarumanov delivered an application about his leaving from the faction.

During the VR plenary session MP Victor Kyrylov also declared about recall of his vote for the state budget-2006 draft bill. He stated that he had not voted for the document as at that time he was absent and stayed in his electoral district. The parliamentarian asked the VR Speaker to charge the regulation committee with examination of the situation.
