Beginning from the next year objects of real estate will be sold along with land they are situated on to investors, as declared Ivan Vasyunik, first deputy head of President’s Secretariat.
According to him, this proposal was being considered during today’s session of Consultative Investment Council, presided over by President Yushchenko.
“Beginning from the next year the government will sell real estate along with the land they are situated on to all investors,” said Vasyunik.
Vasyunik also informed about forthcoming President’s decree on changes in the sphere of building and land tenure.
