The new coal-fields will let to build five new mines, the Chief of LOGA fuel and energy department Ihor Tokarev told.
According to initial calculations, either of five mines is capable to extract as much as one coal holding (Krasnoarmeysaya-Zpadnaya). Luhansk coal storage must last or 200 years.
Tokarev noticed that to build a mine costs form $700 million up to $1 milliard. So, anyway Luhansk is to attract investors because of the lack of the state funds.
ISD (Donbass Industrial Union), ARS and Energo companies consider the participation in the project.
