“The leadership of Donetsk needs such an effective politician as Petro Poroshenko is," said Anton Klimenko, the head of Donetsk region party organization of NSNU Party (People’s Union Our Ukraine).
"He would be able to solve the key problem, that is to say the staff problem. 99.9% of civil servants in the region are the old power’s representatives. I do not understand how people that were so hostile towards the present president may implement his electoral program effectively”, added Klimenko.
“For the time being Petro Oleksiyovych neither agreed nor disagreed to be Donetsk region governor,” Klimenko said.
