Serhiy Bychko: "We rely on support and experience of Poland"

A photo exhibition of Polish photographers “Solidarity days” which is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Solidarity foundation is open in Vernadsky State Library.

Polish Ambassador to Ukraine Jacek Kluczkowski and the Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs, a member of party Council of “Our Ukraine” Serhiy Bychkov took part in an opening ceremony, NSNU press office told.

Serhiy Bychkov noted that “Solidarity” had opened a path to democracy for people of Central and Eastern Europe:”The experience of Polish colleagues helped Ukrainian people to pass a test of meeting democratic principles during the Orange revolution. Ukraine undergoes a difficult period of reforming and aims to be a full EU member, that’s why we count on support and experience of Poland.”
