Ex-State Guard Mykola Melnichenko might have worked for one of foreign special services, as declared Serhiy Kislov, former chief of State Security, in live broadcast of NTN TV Channel.
According to him, those actions, which were committed by Melnichenko, can be regarded as work for special service of Russia, United States or other country.
“This version has the right to exist, and detailed examination is needed in order to dot one's "i's" and cross one's "t's",” noted Kislov.
As a case in point of Melnichenko’s work Kislov reminded about types, “concerning fact of sell of radars “Kolchuha.”
“Records were not verified. Sell of “Kolchuhas” was not verified, but Ukraine’s image was spoiled,” declared Kislov.
