
The Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn launches official two-day visits to Moscow.
He is to meet the Chairman of Federation Council Sergey Mironov. During the meeting, the high authorities plan to sign an agreement on interparliamentarian cooperation.
According to the visit’s schedule, Ukraine’s Speaker will visit Fundamental Library Intellectual Centre of Lomonosov Moscow State University and meet the First Deputy of Russian Government Dmitriy Medvedev.
On Wednesday, Volodymyr Lytvyn is to have an audience with President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
Together with Duma Chairman Borys Gryzlov Volodymyr Lytvyn will sign the agreement on cooperation.
The same day Moscow and All-Russia Patriarchy Aleksiy II plans to meet Ukrainian Speaker. Lytvyn will hold the press conference in the last day of his official visit.
