Ukrsibbank owners decided to sale 51% of stocks to BNP Paribas the European banking and financial group specialized in private and retail banking, investment, trade finance, and services, Ukrsibbank Vice-President Ernest Haliev told.
Since April of 2005 BNP Paribas representative office has launched working in Ukraine. But it does not bank.
