Ukraine’s Transport Minister Victor Bondar and his Belarusian counterpart Mikhail Borovy signed the Cooperation Protocol, Ukraine’s Transport Ministry press office told.
The parties discussed the possibility of enlargement Belarusian cargo transportation by Ukrainian railway and water transports especially by Mykolayiv Trade Port.
The Protocol must come into effect before December,15 when the next meeting of the ministers will be held in Minsk.
