Taking floor in the business conference, Victor Yushchenko promised to conduct the amnesty of capital in three months.
According to the Head of the State, the amnesty may become the basement for speculations of some political forces in the parliament that is why it must not be held right here right now. It will take three months and the procedure will be held partially stage by stage.
The President of Ukraine proposed the following procedure of the amnesty: the legalization of the incomes, the protection of the property rights, tax and property legalization, the amnesty of capital gained by legal means.
