President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko vetoed the Law on Changes to Article 8 of the Law on the Procedure to Send Ukrainian Troops to Other Countries. The vetoed law reads the President has to sign an order to withdraw our troops from any country of the world if (when) parliamentarians vote for their withdrawal.
However, according to the Constitution, the Verkhovna Rada does not have the right to withdraw troops, the President's press office reported.

Justice Minister Serhiy Holovaty will present these remarks at a parliamentary session.
