Dietmar Studemann and Yuri Yekhanurov discussed the pressing points of the bilateral cooperation. Particularly, the parties considered the realization of development projects within the framework of the Agreement between Ukrainian and German governments on financial cooperation, the Cabinet’s press office told.
Ukraine’s PM focused on the future plans for improvement of Ukraine’s investment climate. He mentioned particularly that the Cabinet planned to finish refund VAT program by the end of the year. Ukraine is interested in German investment and may solve problem emerging with German businessmen’s activity here, Yekhanurov told.
Dietmar Studemann in turns stressed Germany’s intention to assist Ukraine in reformation of economy, tax system and bank sphere.
