The Presidents of Georgia, Ukraine, Estonia and Romania intend to sign the Freedom Memorandum in Tbilisi International Forum “New Wave of European Liberation,” Georgian Spokesman Gela Charkviani told.
The Memorandum is to be the appeal to the next generations which will be placed in a capsule on November 23 and put in the foundation of Freedom Monument in Tbilisi.
The participants will discuss the democratic wave winding in Europe last years, the reformation and Georgian achievements.
The representatives of the EU, NATO, other international organizations, Harvard University and John Hopkins University will be present in the event, The Spokesman told.
The Forum dedicated to the anniversary of Georgian Rose Revolution will be held on November 22-23.
