Pechersk District Judge Iya Reinhart made a decree to hold the closed-door hearing of Lazarenko’s suit against Mikhail Potebenko. The journalists will not be permitted to be present in the court.
According to Lazarenko’s attorney, the suit was caused by Potebenko’s public accusations against Pavel Lazarenko. Potebenko accused him in Shcherban’s assassination.
