The Central Media Enterprises (CME) has made a proposal to purchase 40% shares of Studio1+1 Ukrainian Broadcasting Company belonged to Boris Fuksman and Alexander Rodnyansky.
So, taking this step CME will succeed 100% share of the second large TV broadcasting company of Ukraine.
But CME’s plans may be ruined by the co-owner of Privat Group Igor Kolomoysky. He has brought $100 million suit against Alexander Rodnyansky and CME and demanded to recognize his property right on 70% of Studio 1+1.
