President Victor Yushchenko asked parliamentarians to reconsider the Law on Changes to the Law on Value Added Tax Concerning the Taxation of Agrarian Enterprises.
The Head of State reused to sign this law because it is “not consistent with the Constitution of Ukraine and will complicate the administration of VAT and negatively affect financial results for the year,” President's press office reported.
Yushchenko delegated Finance Minister Victor Pynzenyk to present his remarks at a parliamentary meeting.
