After a four-year prohibition Germany may resume pork export to Ukraine, Federal Ministry for Protection of Consumers, Food and Agriculture reported.
The chiefs of National Veterinary Services of two countries have discussed the problem for several years. At last they initialled the corresponding resolution lifting all limits on pork export form Germany.
As a reminder, in 2001 Ukraine banned German pork to be exported in Ukraine because of classic plague flared there.
