Ukrainian parliament failed to elect the Vice-Speaker, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Counting Committee Valery Mishura informed.
The parliamentarians have not reached the necessary quorum. Only 161 out of 427 deputies of Ukraine deinged to take the secret voting papers.
The parliament needs 226 pros in order to pass the candidacy.
