Ukraine’s Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Pavel Kachur stated that the Cabinet of Ukraine knew how to cut down prices on lodging. The prices may be cu down by 35%, he added.
Kachur stressed that the enormous lodging price in Kiev are made by the complicated procedure of projecting, land apportion and technical estimation of lodging. Such expenses make up 25-35% of lodging price.
“If we elaborate proper pre-construction procedure the lodging price will be brought down up to 20%,” mentioned Construction Minister. The liberation of land apportion is to low price by additional 15%.
One more leading reason of the high price is the expensive credit resources. “This problem will be solved in the next year,” concluded Pavel Kachur.
As a reminder, average one-room flat in Kiev with 45 sq. m of floor space costs $60,000-70,000.
