The President of Khlib Ukrainy ("Ukraine's Bread") of the state-owned company Sergey Khoroshaylov approached the Cabinet with proposal to display to sell 49 % stock parcel by auction, the Khlib Ukrainy press service told.
The companies Alfred C. Toepfer International and FedComInvest were called to be prospective purchasers.
A would-be owner will have to pay the company's credit debts, evaluated at over 716 M. UAH.
Khlib Ukrainy runs 81 enterprises, including ten storages, 39 bakeries, 32 elevators. The key port grain elevators are situated in Odessa (100,000 tons) and Nikolaev (69,000 tones).
