The President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko signed the decree on appointment of Evgeny Bershed to the post of Regular Representative of Ukraine in UNO and the other international organizations in Geneva.
The official decree on the appointment is posted on official web-page of the President of Ukraine. The decree was signed on October 28.
