Alex Goldfarb on behalf of the Fund announced the contest among civil initiatives concerning the parliamentary elections-2006. The winners will be financially supported. The size of the support will be $5,000 - $20,000.
Non-governmental and non-commercial organizations and also online mass media may take part in the contest. Political parties and organizations representing a certain candidacy for the elections are not to be permitted to the contest.
Goldfarb states that the results of the contest will be known in the middle of December.
