Foreign Ministry of Ukraine greets Iraqis with the approval of draft Constitution. The Independent Election Commission has counted votes and announced the results.
The press office of Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry notes that Ukrainians recognize how difficult Iraq referendum was and the situation is still complicated because of he division between supporters of the draft and opposition which warns about coming weakness of country divided by states. But also Ukrainian Foreign Ministry mentions the possible unity of democratic institutions of Iraq.
