President Viktor Yushchenko has sent the bill on amendments to Article 6 of the Law on state guarantees of restitution of Ukrainian citizens' savings back to Parliament for repeated consideration, the presidential press office told.
In the President's opinion, the bill contradicts Article 95, Section 2 of the Constitution, which specifies that budgetary funds for social outlays are determined by the budget bill.
President Yushchenko's suggestions with regard to the bill will be presented to the Verkhovna Rada by Ukraine's Finance Minister Viktor Pinzenyk.
