Today the Committee of constant EU representatives has passed the draft mandate of Euro Commission for negotiations with Ukraine concerning the liberation of the visa-regime, the chief of the Foreign Ministry press service Dmitry Svistkov reported.
According to Svistkov, the final mandate will be ratified on November 7, at the meeting of EU Ministers’ Council concerning the general questions and external ties.
So, all that will serve as basis for negotiations between Ukraine and the EU on the liberation of the visa-regime.
