Svyatoslav Piskun ex-Prosecutor General of Ukraine has brought an action to one of the Kiev District Court concerning alleged illegibility of his dismissal by the President’s decree, Interfax-Ukraine reported referring to a certain source.
The source mentioned that an appellee has been still unknown: whether it will be Victor Yushchenko the president of Ukraine who signed the decree on dismissal or the President’s Secretariat which prepared it.
For now Piskun is still in the hospital.
