Within the framework of a visit to Ukraine, the NATO PA delegation, consisting of French, Bulgarian, Slovak, Czech, Icelandic, Netherlands and Spanish ambassadors visited Kharkiv. The delegation was accompanied by First Deputy Foreign Minister Anton Buteyko and the NATO Information and Documentation Center's representatives.
During the visit, the delegation participated in the interactive seminar Ukraine-NATO-Russia: Positive Vectors of Euroatlantic Integration, organized by the Institute of Society Tranformation within the Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The delegation also made tour of the scientific center Kharkiv Physicotechnical Institute and got familiar with the scientific program Tsyklotron, which is being implemented by NATO together with the Institute.
Within the framework of the visit, the NATO delegation met with the Kharkiv Regional Administartion Chief, Kharkiv Mayor, and the mass media and talked at length about the prospects and priorities of Ukraine's accedence to NATO.
