Yuri Karamzin the deputy of Ukraine states that the members of Ukrainian parliament will not be in hurry with the appointment of the new staff of the Constitution Court of Ukraine. According to him, they do not do it because they are not interested in it.
“Who is interested in it? None (the deputies of Ukraine – edit) is interested in consideration concerning the question of their immunity,” said Karamzin in response to the question about the time of beginning new judges’ work, because the previous ones have been due.
Besides, Karamzin mentioned that “not only the deputies but the President as well does not want to change the Constitution of Ukraine.” According to him, it happens because the changes into the Constitution will cause the loss of the part of the power which is belonged to the President now. The heads of the regional state administrations will lose it as well.
