Ukraine will provide its troop-carriers for peacemaking mission to Sudan, Anatoly Gritsenko Defense Minister of Ukraine stated in the press conference with NATO General Secretary Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and Foreign Minister of Ukraine Bois Tarasuk.
“Ukraine will provide NATO peacemaking divisions to Sudan and may be to Afghanistan,” announced Gritsenko.
Ukrainian Defense Minister will go on participation in the peacemaking mission Kosovo. Fifty Ukrainian peacemakers stay in Iraq and along with NATO will conduct military training of Iraqi Armed Forces.
According to Gritsenko, Ukraine will take part in European security and abroad.
