The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the decree “On temporal limitations in the sphere of privatization”, which proposes to suspend privatization for the period of the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
259 out of 400 deputies, registered in the hall, voted for this decree.
The decree comes into force from the day of its passing.
According to the authors of the decree, the passing of it mush prevent crisis situations in economics in conditions of unstable political situation in the country during preparation and holding of the next elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
