In interview to BBC the President of Ukraine states that Ukraine will assist Belarus to become democratic states.
The President of Ukraine mentions that Ukraine may support democratic forces both through the official Minsk and directly democratic forces. The logic is that Belarusian must have their “round-table.”
Such initiatives are to let Belarus change, Yushchenko concluded.
