Kiev Mayor Alexander Omelchenko and his Chicago counterpart Richard M. Daley have signed the Memorandum on Cooperation between Kiev and Chicago.
In accordance with the document, the parts will promote the cooperation and the experience exchange in the spheres of municipal management, economy, construction, science, culture and others. The Memorandum will also regulate the cooperation of non-governmental and social organizations.
Kiev Mayor proposed to Richard M. Daley to form Chicago Representatives in Kiev.
