Victor Yushchenko President of Ukraine has dismissed Svyatoslav Piskun the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, Oleg Rybachuk the Chairman of the President’s Secretariat reported in the press conference.
“The President has signed the decree on Piskun’s dismissal an hour ago,” stated Rybachuk.
“It is very timely step of the President. So, we have prevented Piskun from bringing an action against him own,” mentioned Rybachuk hinting on the innumerous criminal cases which have been brought recently.
According to Rybachuk, “there are pretty much reasons for Piskun’s dismissal.”
