Ukrainian ecologists warn that bird flu has sneaked up to Ukraine. The infected birds were found out in Romanian delta Danube.
To ecologists’ opinion the infected birds came here from Siberia. Flying south, they cross Ukrainian delta then Romanian one. This fact gives the basis for ecologists’ to surmise that Ukrainian birds are infected but the virus has not been discovered yet.
All this caused the deficit of Ukrainian meat and poultry in the market. But soon it was refilled with Polish import meat.
