Prime Minister Yuri Yekhanurov left on a two-day working visit to Brussels, Belgium, where he is supposed to meet with European Union and NATO officials and to participate in the conference "Ukraine is Watching in the Future" and the Ukraine - NATO Commission session. During his trip the Prime Minister is accompanied by NSDC Secretary Anatoly Kinakh, Economics Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada parliamentary - governmental commission Sergey Kasianov, Cabinet's press office reported.
Right on his arrival to Brussels Yuri Yekhanurov is supposed to meet with Vice President of the European Commission Siim Kallas. Later in the day the Ukrainian Premier will meet with Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and than will have a working lunch with WestLB Bank executives.
On Thursday evening Premier Yekhanurov will meet with EU Council Secretary General Javier Solana and then hold a joint press conference.
On Friday Yuri Yekhanurov will give an interview to the Financial Times and the Blumberg agency, meet with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, participate in a Ukraine - NATO Commission session and meet with representatives of the French company Arcelor.
