During a visit to Brussels on October 6 to 7 Prime Minister Yuri Yekhanurov will discuss preparation for the Ukraine - EU Summit in Kiev on December 1, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Vasyl Filipchuk told a Tuesday news briefing, Cabinet's press office reported.

The visit's agenda provides for the Ukrainian Premier's meetings with European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and EU Commissioner for External Trade Peter Mandelson.

The meetings are supposed to focus on topical matters of Ukraine - EU relations, including implementation of the Ukraine - EU Action Plan and prospects for Ukraine's European integration.

While being in Brussels, Prime Minister will participate in the economic conference "Ukraine Looks in the Future: on the Way of Reforms", where he will deliver a report into "Policy of Reforms in Ukraine - Grounds of Stability and Welfare of the Society".

Prime Minister Yekhanurov will also make a trip to the NATO headquarters.
