The World Economic Forum composing the rate gave Ukraine 84 position in it.
The first place in the rate is occupied by Finland; the USA takes the second place. The first ten places were given to Sweden, Denmark, Taiwan, Singapore, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway and Australia.
Russia lost five points and takes 75th place.
The research has been conducted during the last 26 years. It evaluates the economic situation in 117 countries by conducting the poll among 11 thousand businessmen and researching institutes.
The fooling criteria are taking into account: the quality of work of state establishments, the level of technologies and quantity of innovation.
