Today, Victor Yushchenko spoke with Vice Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy Vyacheslav Kyrylenko (earlier the post was held by Nickolay Tomenko - ed.). In the course of their telephone conversation, the Head of State stressed that implementation of all social programs was one of the most important tasks for the new government.
Yushchenko charged Kyrylenko to meticulously analyze the current state of social payments in all regions of the country. The President said he would demand that all cabinet members should “immediately respond” to all delays in social payments.
