As Oleg Rybachuk, until quite recently State Secretary and now Head of the Presidential Secretariat, told a Friday news briefing in Kiev, he approves of President Viktor Yushchenko's move to liquidate the post of State Secretary.
"I am glad to have told the US Ambassador about that today and I am glad to trouble Condoleezza Rice NO more, and now I do not need to explain what the State Secretary is abroad, said Rybachuk.
As Rybachuk told journalists, he is glad to have only two deputies instead of too many, which will greatly simplify the management system.
Next week, he said, personnel shakeups will be unveiled within the Presidential Secretariat.
